Dr. Devon Hodge
DVM
Dr. Devon Hodge brings over 10 years of equine veterinary experience to PHD Veterinary Services. A graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine, she completed her internship at Carolina Equine Hospital and holds a B.S. in Biology from Monmouth University. Dr. Hodge has served at major events including The Hampton Classic, Wellington International, and WEC-Ocala. Her professional interests include reproduction, general practice, and dentistry. A lifelong horsewoman who competed in the hunter/jumper circuit, Dr. Hodge combines her practical experience in the ring with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to equine care.
Dr. Stephanie Helinger
MS, DVM
Dr Stephanie Helinger is from St. Petersburg, Florida. She attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate and graduate school studies.
Dr. Helinger graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2023 from UF and completed a rotating internship at Ocala Equine Hospital in 2024. In 2025, she joined PHD Veterinary Services as a full-time associate veterinarian.
Horses have always been Dr. Helinger’s passion. She grew up training and competing in three-day eventing and dressage, which shaped her dedication to high-quality performance horse care.
Dr. Helinger enjoys building lasting client relationships, and her professional interests include sports medicine, rehabilitation medicine, lameness, podiatry, endocrinology, and preventative care.
